40x40 Tropical Serenity is one of my all-time favorite lots. I just had to redo it for Sunlit Tides! Store Items were replaced(except for free ones), Sunlit Tides items were added, some cosmetic changes to exteriors and interiors, two new basements rooms for spa and hot tub and an added bedroom. A tropical style home with 4 bedrooms including double nursery, 6 bathrooms, indoor/outdoor pool with water feature, basement bar with shark tank, 2-car garage, design studio, study, gym/family room, outdoor dining, formal dining with atrium/fountain. -SimEve

EA fixed the Fog Emitter issues so if you are downloading for the first time everything will work just fine! If you already had it installed when they stopped working, you can re-install the lot and they will work again.
The Sims 3 download page is saying that I used something from Pets but it can't be much. I'm going to investigate more. I think it's wrong since I can't find anything from Pets. Let me know if anyone finds it. It either a mistake or insignificant.
