Casa Di Archi

60 x 60 A d.n.a. request. A Mediterranean family home for Monte Vista. 6 bedrooms including master en suite, 2 teen rooms, 2 child rooms and a nursery. 4 full baths, 2 half baths and a pet bath. Formal Living, formal dining, study, t.v. viewing room, entertainment room, utility w/ laundry, 2-car garage, extra garage w/skills, pool, hot tub, garden, pond and plenty of open yard. Place at 27 Verona Way, Monte Vista, for ocean access and views. Plenty of empty yard.

I always thoroughly play test and consider that if you don't have all of the proper EPs, SPs and store content, things may not work as I intended. That being said, if you have any issues please do let me know. I strive for quality and any helpful feedback is appreciated.

    Thank you for such a beautiful Villa!

    I miss your homes & have loved using them.

    Had to stop playing for past 6 months due to PC issues - have to replace GC & PSU before PC gets "death-by-Sims" for overload of using all exps, stuff pks, store items...you know...

    I can't wait to see this home soon as I upgrade PC.
    Hopefully in time for IP - the 1st exp pack I am VERY excited for because it has my fav theme in the world: BEACHES!

    Your skill with landscaping/ground levels is something I wish I could get the hang of, but always fail.

    Thank you for such awesome realistic homes I will never delete from my backups!

      Thank you so much, and I hope your new upgrade works out smoothly for you. 6 months without Sims seems horrible ;), but I bet you got a lot done in that time. Sometimes I cringe when I think of how much time I spend making houses and stuff, but I do love it! :)

    This house is breathtaking! The landscaping and interiors are absolutely stunning that I want to become a sim and live in that house! This house deserves a feature on the Sims 3 exchange!

    Beautiful! Your houses are unique and one-of-a-kind. Ever since I saw scenic sanctum and tropical serenity I have been checking out your site from time to time, and I am very happy to have come across your site. Thank you for sharing these amazing houses with us! It's an honor to be able to have my sims live in such a house. :)


    I also really like the family in the pictures, are they available for download?

      Thanks so much :). The entire family is not available but the adults are, so I guess you could make some babies with them if you like. These are on my Sims page.
