The boat house works just like a garage for your boat. The boat functions properly except if you “board the boat” and then try to go boating. I got the idea for a boat house from estyle36, Thanks Estyle! :)
I always thoroughly play test and consider that if you don't have all of the proper EPs, SPs and store content, things may not work as I intended. If you have routing issues or strange object placement make sure to check the store list and see if it's just a matter of something being replaced. That being said, if you have any issues please do let me know. I strive for quality and any helpful feedback is appreciated.
I'm the first to comment, yay! :D Your build looks gorgeous, Eve! Very well-thought out and I love the boat house. It looks like a perfect little beach bungalow fit for a family. The inside and outside are so calming and tranquil, and amazing job on the landscaping and terrain. DRF from me!

Listing Ambitions, Generations, Seasons and Island Paradise alongside specific store items makes the routing and placement warnings easier to understand. The 35 x 45 footprint spread over three levels, from the basement bar and laundry up to the second-floor study and dressing room, makes the Ambitions, Generations, Seasons and Island Paradise requirement read almost like a floor-by-floor checklist. ReplyDeleteBuilding the lot for one specific address, 33 Surf Circle in Isla Paradiso, explains why the 35 x 45 plan is so deliberately zoned: living and formal dining on the first floor, study and master dressing room above, bar and laundry down in the basement. Splitting the store list into structure and decor, the Williams sconce and Porterman doors apart from the palm foyer frills, makes it easier to see what might affect routing before downloading. ReplyDeleteTwo bedrooms and 2&1/2 bathrooms spread over three levels is a lot of plumbing for a 35 x 45 lot, and putting one of those bedrooms with its own bathroom down in the basement beside the bar and laundry is an unusual choice the room-by-room list makes easy to picture.
