Scenic Starter

Hmmmm, we can't even share the houses properly atm, so I'm not sure what the point of this is...lol. it makes me kind of hesitant to build one of my big modern mansions if no one will ever see it or use it. But I'll post here anyway, because the alternative is to not share at all and that is so not me. ;)
I like the new features, especially the trim you can add to walls and roofs.  We really, desperately need CASt back though... Modern options for this tiny starter weren't too bad, but I cant just imagine what a nightmare a large house would be, trying to match up colors and patterns.

Update- We can friend each other on Origin so my ID is simply "SimEve". I don't know if that will help with the gallery or not...

I guess you can find this in my gallery. Although I have no idea how to get to anyone's gallery, myself. Or how to make friends. I'll try to figure that out tomorrow.

  2. The trim you can add to walls and roofs is a small thing that changes how a starter reads, but the CASt remark is the part that lands: matching colors and patterns across a large modern build without that tool sounds like the real bottleneck, not the lot size. Posting anyway and leaving the Origin ID as SimEve is a practical way to work around a gallery you can't yet browse properly. Reading here as the team behind Shotra, an AI video generator.

  3. The note that modern options weren't too bad for a tiny starter, but a large house would be a nightmare, makes this less a verdict on the new features than a point about scale. That's a useful way to read a starter post: as a small proof of concept whose limits only show up when the same approach is stretched. Commenting as the team behind Zombie Couple Video.

  4. The admission that posting here beats not sharing at all is the most useful part of this post: it treats the gallery trouble as an inconvenience rather than a reason to hold off building. That also makes the wall and roof trim read as more than a cosmetic extra, since it's one of the few ways to make a compact starter feel deliberate while color matching stays a chore. Noting this from PhotoMerge.

  5. Leaving an Origin ID as a fallback while admitting you have no idea how to reach anyone's gallery is the honest version of sharing on a system that isn't quite there yet. The line about figuring it out tomorrow treats discovery as a separate task from building, which is why the starter itself reads as done while the distribution half stays open.
