30x30        A small, family paradise with two bedrooms(both w/ a tv), two bathrooms, indoor/outdoor dining w/grill, entertainment area w/bar and music,  fire-pit,  spacious yard and excellent views! To get these views, place on "The End of the Road" Convert to a Residential lot first.

    Wow, this is really impressive, especially for a house with no CC. And I love that it has no CC, it won't look crazy when it loads in my game lol

    the download from the exchange is corrupt.. I used the alternate link and it is fine.. I use custard to check my files.. I was so disappointed when it was corrupt I had to check for an alternate dl.. so glad you have one :) thanks for sharing it looks really nice!

      Thanks for bringing it to my attention. There isn't much I can do about it though. I don't use cc so I don't know what could be corrupting it. I did update my game before uploading. Maybe the custard tool is no longer compatible? Idk.

    Its not you Lot its the exchange for some reason everything becomes corrupted when you upload anything there. That's why the alternate link was fine. It isn't you at all.. just the exchange lol

    What does it mean though? I download from the exchange all the time and I haven't and any issues. I guess I need to read about it ;).

    Oh how beautiful .... makes me want to go on holidays NOW :D - also someone mentioned Exchange problems. I am sure it has nothing to do with your lot but something with the Exchang.One of my lots is effected too :( oh, well fortunately you got an alternative link :) I really love the windows between the perfect roofing :)
