17x22 A Floating Slice of Atlantis Perfect for your Mermaids.  2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.  1st floor living, dining & kitchen. 2nd floor  entertainment & pool w/fountain. 3rd floor study, skill & bedrooms. 4th floor small garden area. Deck has lounging, music & fishing.

I always thoroughly play test and consider that if you don't have all of the proper EPs, SPs and store content, things may not work as I intended. If you have routing issues or strange object placement make sure to check the store list and see if it's just a matter of something being replaced. That being said, if you have any issues please do let me know. I strive for quality and any helpful feedback is appreciated.

    Hi SimEve! I absolutely love The Floating Palace of Atlantis! The pictures are stunning and I can't wait to move a mermaid family into it.

    I sent you a friend request on sims3.com I love to make friends with others who love to build lots and create sims; especially those who can create such awesome work with no cc! I've only been simming for a couple of years, but I have the building bug, and I also do not use cc in my work.

    This lot is absolutely stunning -- I've been playing a mermaid couple living in it for the past few days and am in love with this house. Your tutorials inspired me to fiddle with the FE and add some fish and bubbles to the pool. :) They just had twins though (my first "natural" multiples, no fertility treatments or kids music or anything!), so sadly I've got to move them out and into a bigger home now!

      I wish I could have squeezed in some more rooms, hehe. I just had to have that huge pool and fancy entertainment room! :3 I'm glad you enjoyed it while you could and added some cool effects too.

    I love it so much! I love the way u build it; intricate and so pretty! but I dont have the required EP I only have Ambitions; Pets, Seasons; supernatural, and IP.

    This is simply stunning and mind boggling. The level of detail just leaves me breathless! Quickie question though, in the picture where your mermaid is in the kitchen by the microwave.....Where did you get counters that wrapped around the wall like that? I've been searching forever for counters like those.

    Is it the moveobjects cheat? If it is, WOW, I can never get my counters to line up so seamlessly.
